New project in Mill Hill
We've just been appointed on a new project in Mill Hill in North West London and we're really excited to get sketching on this exciting and somewhat unique set of client requirements. The existing property is an Edwardian semi-detacted house with generous proportions, original features, and a lovely big garden.
Client brief:
- Rear house extension for kitchen and dining room complete with large doors to garden.
- New ground floor utility and bathroom space for long term living requirements.
- Large loft extension with flexibility for; cinema, bedrooms and bathrooms.
- Existing garden to be fully landscaped with new planting and hardscaping for outdoor living.
- New out-building for a personal boxing ring!
